At Mojo, each item is produced in limited quantities or small batches. For this reason, we ask customers to review their orders carefully before purchasing.

Returns

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue. Once verified, we will offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Non-Refundable Items

Custom or made-to-order items are not eligible for returns or refunds.
